Keep Your Books Clean, Consistent, And Easier To Understand with bookkeeping support.
The Core Bookkeeping Support Plans are designed to help self-employed business owners keep their books organized, reconciled, and maintained throughout the year — without having to manage the bookkeeping process themselves.
Whether your books have started falling behind, your reports no longer feel useful, or you simply need reliable monthly support, this plan helps keep your financial records cleaner, more consistent, and easier to understand as your business grows.
This is more than traditional bookkeeping.
It’s about maintaining a financial system that is easier to trust, easier to review, and easier to use when real business decisions need to be made.
Core Bookkeeping Support Plans
Built With The Ready For Growth™ Approach
Traditional bookkeeping has an important place. It helps keep records organized, reports updated, and books ready for tax time.
The Core Bookkeeping Support Plans build from there by keeping your books consistent, reconciled, and aligned with the way your business actually operates.
Even with the right tools in place, your books still need human review, judgment, and care so the numbers stay reliable, useful, and easier to trust month after month.
As your business grows, additional support and advisory services may be available through the Ready For Growth™ Framework.
We’ll look at things like:
What’s Included
Recording Of Transactions
Reviewing, accepting, and categorizing business transactions throughout the month to help maintain organized financial records and consistent reporting.
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
Reconciliation of connected business bank and credit card accounts to help maintain accuracy and consistency in your financial records.
Standard Payroll & Sales Tax Reconciliation
Reconciliation support to help make sure payroll and sales tax activity matches your records. If something does not line up, we will review and troubleshoot the issue so it can be corrected.
Merchant Account Reconciliation
Review and reconciliation support for one connected merchant processor, such as Square, Stripe, PayPal, or similar payment platforms.
Financial Reports
Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports generated from the accounting software. For deeper review, explanation, or insight, reporting insight and advisory add-ons may be available.
1099 Vendor Tracking
Tracking support for 1099 vendors throughout the year to help simplify year-end reporting preparation.
Email Q&A Support
Ongoing email support for bookkeeping questions, clarification, and day-to-day financial organization guidance.
Optional Add-On Services
Additional reporting, review meetings, workflow support, and decision support may be available as add-ons once your books and systems are aligned.
Clear Support. Clear Scope.
The Core Bookkeeping Support Plans are designed to provide reliable ongoing financial organization for businesses with already-established systems.
While these plans include ongoing bookkeeping support, reconciliations, basic reporting, and financial organization, they do not include large-scale historical cleanup, major restructuring, tax filing, or advanced advisory support.
If additional work is needed, we’ll discuss the recommendations and next steps before anything moves forward.
Additional support may be added separately as your business grows and your needs evolve.
what this plan does not include:
How It Works
Free Initial Review
We start with a conversation and high-level review of your current setup to determine the best next step for your business.
This includes:
- Temporary access review to your bookkeeping setup
- Discussion around business operations and workflow
- General pricing guidance based on current needs
Paid Diagnostic Review & Roadmap
Before ongoing services begin, we complete a deeper review of your accounting system so we can understand where things stand, what needs attention, and what needs to happen next.
This step includes a report of findings and recommendations, a cleanup roadmap if needed, workflow and process recommendations, and the recommended Core Bookkeeping Plan or next step based on your current setup.
Clean-Up & System Alignment
If cleanup is needed, it must be completed before ongoing bookkeeping services begin. Cleanup is priced separately based on the level of work required.
This step makes sure your financial system is aligned with our bookkeeping standards before we take over ongoing support.
You may choose to have us complete the cleanup, or use the roadmap from your Diagnostic Review to complete the work before ongoing bookkeeping begins.
Ongoing Bookkeeping Support
Once your books are cleaned up and aligned, we move into recurring bookkeeping support based on the scope outlined in your service plan.
This is where your Core Bookkeeping Support Plans begins — with clean books, clear expectations, consistent financial records, and a system ready to be maintained.
