Bookkeeping support and advisory add-ons available after your books, systems, and workflows have been reviewed through the Ready For Growthâ„¢ Path.
Some add-ons help clean up or realign your bookkeeping system, while others provide deeper reporting, workflow support, cash flow visibility, or practical decision support.
Advisory-related support is offered once the foundation is in place because meaningful business decisions need clean books, aligned systems, and reports you can trust.
Bookkeeping Support and Advisory Add-Ons
Not every add-on is available as a standalone service. Some support is only available after a Diagnostic Review, cleanup, system alignment, or active bookkeeping relationship.
Foundation & Cleanup Support
Clean-up work may be recommended after the Paid Diagnostic Review & Roadmap. Pricing is based on the number of months needed cleanup, condition of the books, and the level of complexity.
A focused realignment review and support process when your bookkeeping system has drifted from the original setup and needs to be brought back into alignment.
This may include reviewing workflows, account structure, transaction habits, reporting issues, or areas where the agreed system is no longer being followed consistently.
A review of vendor activity to help identify potential 1099 vendors, missing W-9s, and vendor tracking issues before year-end reporting.
Support with setting up or organizing QuickBooks Online or another online accounting system so your books have a cleaner foundation from the start. This may include account structure, settings review, connected bank feeds, basic workflows, payment processor setup, invoicing setup, and general bookkeeping system organization.
Reporting & Financial Clarity
System-generated Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports with a bookkeeping-level review for obvious issues, misalignment, or items that may need attention
Best for clients who need clean, basic financial reports for recordkeeping, tax prep, lender requests, or general visibility. For Core clients: Included in Essentials and above
A more meaningful reporting package that includes the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, plus review notes, margin visibility, business observations, and a video walkthrough of findings.
Best for clients who want to better understand what their numbers are showing, but do not necessarily need a live meeting. For Core clients: Included in Plus and above
Review Meetings may be added for business owners who want scheduled time to walk through their numbers, ask questions, and better understand what their financial reports are showing.
These meetings include Profit & Loss review, Balance Sheet review, margin discussion, light cash flow review, self-employment tax visibility, and practical next-step guidance.
Only offered to clients in Essentials and above
For support outside the included 15-minute live Office Hours included in the Blueprint Plan. This can be used for deeper questions, walkthroughs, decision support, or help understanding next steps.
Only offered to DIY Bookkeeping Blueprint clients
Systems, Workflow & Operational Support
Support with connecting, syncing, mapping, or organizing bookkeeping-related software, payment processors, invoicing systems, merchant accounts, or workflow tools so your financial system works more smoothly.
Creation of a new written process, checklist, or workflow for areas not already included in the original Blueprint buildout. Minor updates to existing support materials are included as part of ongoing support. New workflows, new SOPs, or additional support materials will be quoted separately. If major updates are needed to existing structure it will be treated as a new scope of work.
Additional support for businesses that need help reviewing open invoices, customer balances, payment follow-up processes, or collection visibility.
Additional support for businesses that need help reviewing unpaid bills, vendor balances, payment timing, or bill organization.
Support with setting up or reviewing job, project, class, or service tracking so income and expenses can be viewed more clearly by service, project, job, or business segment.
Planning, Cash Flow & Decision Support
Creation of a basic business budget structure to help organize expected income, expenses, recurring costs, and planning categories.
Best for clients who want more visibility around where money is going and what needs to be planned for.
Light cash flow review and planning support to help identify timing gaps, upcoming obligations, and areas where the business may need stronger cash visibility.
This is not a full forecast, but it helps create a clearer picture of short-term cash needs.
Support for specific business questions, financial decisions, planning conversations, or custom review needs that do not fit neatly into the standard add-on list.
This support is available when the books, systems, and reporting are ready to support a productive advisory conversation.
Add-on services are quoted based on scope, availability, and the condition of your books, systems, and workflows. Meeting-based support may have a set session fee, while any additional cleanup, setup, reporting, workflow, or advisory work that comes out of the meeting will be quoted separately. Some services may only be available after a Diagnostic Review, cleanup, system alignment, or active bookkeeping relationship.
